In short
Potadot built a web-based ERP system for Ezi2Travel, an umrah package travel agency. Staff manage trips and seat availability by group, participant records, bookings, quotations that convert into invoices, cash sales, payment vouchers and accounting reports in one system, with the interface in Bahasa Melayu for the team that uses it every day.
Before
Every trip lived in its own spreadsheet.
Participants were tracked in colour-coded spreadsheets, one per trip, with separate sheets for meals and rooms in Mekah and Madinah. Seats, payments and invoices were matched up by hand, and month-end reports meant pulling numbers from all of them.

Trips are listed by group with travel dates and seats taken, so staff see at once which groups are full (Penuh) and which still have seats (Tersedia).
