The website for Y&Y Intelligent Solutions, a licensed debt collection agency in Johor Bahru. Many business owners have never hired one, so the site shows them plainly what the work is: calls, letters, negotiation and paperwork.
Y&Y Intelligent Solutions (IP0575397-D) is a licensed debt collection agency based in Johor Bahru, focused on B2B collection and working with businesses across Malaysia for over 10 years. Potadot designed and built its website in English. The site treats debt collection as the office work it is: the licence comes first, then four named methods, the company behind them, the fee terms, the kinds of client served and the questions people want answered.
Y&Y Intelligent Solutions is a licensed debt collection agency with its office in Taman Nusantara, Johor Bahru. Its main work is B2B: helping one company collect outstanding payments from another.
It also helps retail and e-commerce businesses with unpaid invoices from individual customers, and takes on outsourced collection for companies that want to hand the work over. The office is open daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm.

A business with unpaid invoices may be hiring a collector for the first time. Before making contact, the owner wants to know what kind of company this is and how it works.
The first question about any collector is whether it is properly licensed and registered. The answer should not need searching for.
Owners need to picture what happens after they call. The methods had to be named in everyday words.
When a fee becomes payable is a fair thing to ask. The fee arrangement needed its own clear place on the page.
An unpaid customer may still be a customer. The site had to show that clients’ reputations and their relationships with debtors matter here.
When owners do not know how something works, they fill the gap with guesses. So the site gives them the real picture: phone calls, letters, negotiation and paperwork. After the opening picture, the photos stay on desks, calculators and documents, the colours are a formal black and gold, and each section settles one practical question before the next.

Two angled Y shapes in gold, shown on black in the site header. That pairing became the palette for the page.
Letters, reports and calculations are what this work is made of. So the photos show those things, and the cream and white sections feel like clean paper.
It appears in the headline, the company story, the first reason to choose them and the first answer in the questions section. It was the word that needed the most weight.
An owner handing over unpaid invoices wants a formal partner, so the look is formal. Black sits at the top of the page, gold marks what matters, and most of the reading happens on white and cream.

Seven main headings each put one word in gold, from Licensed to Questions. The larger photos have a habit of their own: each sits against a gold block offset behind it.
The four methods are gold cards that overlap the bottom of the opening picture, so a visitor meets them on arrival rather than further down the page.
After the dark opening, white and cream take turns. The bar above shows the real sections down to the footer, to scale. The change of tone tells the reader a new topic has started.
Follow an owner with unpaid invoices down the home page. The highlight shows what to look at, and the note says why it is there.
The company name, a headline with Licensed in gold, one line on who the service is for and one Contact Us button.
Why An owner’s first doubt is whether this is a proper company. The word Licensed speaks to that before any scrolling.
Phone call negotiation, demand letters, settlement outside of court, and repayment and payment arrangements. Each card has its own line icon.
Why Someone hiring a collector for the first time can now picture the work. All four are recognisable office tasks.
A short story covers the licence, the B2B focus, the Johor Bahru base and more than 10 years of work. Beside it, a meeting over a calculator and a clipboard sits on a gold block.
Why The photo does as much as the words. It shows the job as two people going through figures at a desk.
Three reasons on each side of a shield and checklist, staggered rather than stacked, each with a bold title and a short note.
Why A busy owner can read the six titles and move on. The shield keeps the eye on the idea of compliance.
No Win, No Fee has its own section, with the site’s explanation that the client pays only when the debt is recovered.
Why When a fee is due is what an owner asks next. A clear heading answers that without a phone call.
B2B Debt Recovery, B2C Debt Recovery and Outsourced Debt Collection each get a photo and a gold panel.
Why An owner can place themselves quickly: another company owes them, individual customers owe them, or they want to outsource the work.
Four questions fold out from gold bars. The first asks whether the service is legal in Malaysia, and it is already open.
Why Many owners wonder this about a collector but hesitate to ask. The page asks it for them.

An owner with an overdue invoice may want to make contact the same day. These details keep the agency’s number, address and chat within easy reach.
The green button stays on screen and opens a WhatsApp chat with the agency. The first line is written, so an owner does not have to work out how to raise the subject.
The registration number, office address, phone number and opening hours sit together at the bottom of the page.
The black header with the logo and menu stays at the top while scrolling, so Our Services and Contact Us are always in reach.
A Google map pins the office, in the same footer row as the written address.
The four common questions fold out in place, so the page stays short until someone wants the detail.
The page describes the organisation and its four questions in a format Google can read.

How collection works in practice, who hires an agency, and what they want to know before they call.
We wrote the services, fee terms and common questions in plain English, one question to a section.
We set the black and gold and the desk photos, then laid out each section for phone and desktop.
Page titles and the company and FAQ data for Google, then launch and support.

We worked out the desk-work concept, wrote the services, fee terms and questions, designed the pages and built the site in English, with search setup and a WhatsApp button.
Many owners have not hired a collector before. Naming the four methods right under the headline tells them straight away what the service involves.
We use plain, neutral words and describe the work as it is. On this site that meant naming the methods, the fee terms and the legal question openly.
Yes. This page grew out of what owners want to know before hiring a collector. Yours would start from what your own customers want to know, so it would have its own idea and its own look. Tell us what people find hard to understand about your service and we will show you how we would approach it.
